conditions as set out below. We Reserve the right to change our terms and conditions from time to time.

is intended to grant any express or implied right to you to use or exploit any patent, copyright, trademark or trade secret information.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we do not permit reproduction of our material in other websites in conjunction with
advertising, trade marks, logos or material of any other person (including other retailers, competitors, distributors or any other organization),

Use and secure your personal Information
The Pepper Pot collect your contact information (name, address, e-mail address, and phone numbers) and financial information (credit card
details), to process your order. The Pepper Pot will not use this information for any purpose other than to complete a customer order, or to
communicate with the customer to discuss associated problems or delays concerning their order(s). We may share this information and only
that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the
financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. Customers can access and update their
details by logging into The Pepper Pot web site. A forgotten password can not be retrieved in its original form. A new password must be re-issued
each time the customers request a password. Customers can have the re-issued new password sent to them by submitting the correct E-mail
Credit Card Information
Your credit card details are used for the purpose of payment of a customer order by third party banking, (third party being The Pepper Pot).
The Pepper Pot will at no time disclose this information for any purpose other than to use these details for the payment of a customer order. The
customer gives us their authority to use these details for payment of their orders by using this web-site or by submitting them through
facsimile. All credit card details are encrypted during on-line data transfer using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card details
are not stored in The Pepper Pot database/servers. Customers must submit the credit card details each time you place an order.
The Pepper Pot is committed to reducing the amount of fraud it faces. Our policy is that we will prosecute any cases of fraud that we identify. As
a first time customer, you may receive a telephone call or E-mail requesting more information or proof (e.g. faxing a copy of the credit card)
to confirm the details that you have supplied to us. If any of the information you supply is found to be false or misleading, we will, if we
deem it appropriate, report this to the appropriate authorities for them to prosecute.
The E-mail address you submitted during an order will be used by The Pepper Pot for the sole purpose of extended customer service. The Pepper Pot
will only use your E-mail address to communicate with you about the status, cost and shipping details, or any other changes required about
your order. We may also send E-mails to customers for important events such as change of address etc. The E-mail address you submit to
join the newsletter mailing list will be used by The Pepper Pot for the sole purpose of sending regular newsletters. We maintain the newsletter Email
list separate from the ones stored in the customer database. Newsletters will not be sent to those E-mail addresses stored in the
Limitation of Liability
All products sold on this website are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is The Pepper Pot liable for the following:
(1) third party claims against you for damages,
(2)loss of, or damage to your records, data, or any type of hardware/equipment,
(3) economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings), or incidental damages
(4) any consequential damages. Consequential damage is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website
(data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
The Pepper Pot's liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk
and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use. Once shipped, goods become the
responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier. All images displayed are for
illustrative purposes only, and all specifications shown are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. The material and information
provided on this Website and related communications are provided on an "as is" basis. We, nor the provider of the data (if different),
represents or guarantees, or accepts any liability whatsoever in respect of, the accuracy, currency or completeness of any of this data. It is
not provided for professional use. Any reference to products or services on this Web site is for information purposes only and does not
constitute an endorsement or a recommendation of those products or services by us. Any use of this information is at the user’s risk.
We do not accept any liability for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions, loss of profits or revenues, loss of programs or other data

products are supplied "as is" and should be installed and tested (before installation) by a professional. Failure to have items installed by a
professional may void the products warranty if they are in any way incorrectly installed. We are not liable to you or anyone else if
interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with use of this Web Site or a Linked Web Site. You must take
your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use from this Web Site is free of viruses or anything else (such as worms
or Trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operations of your computer systems. We do not warrant that your access to the
Web Site will be uninterrupted or error free or that any defects will be corrected.
We may, from time to time, change or add to this Web Site (including these Terms) or the information, products and services without notice.
However, we do not undertake to keep this Web Site updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on

Australia may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision by us of goods or services on the Web Site, which cannot be
excluded, restricted or modified. We do not exclude these rights but do exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law
or statute. These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the nonexclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts. Nothing contained in
these Terms derogates from us the right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web Site or
information provided to or gathered by us with respect to that use.
We are unable to guarantee compatibility between components. It is up to the buyer to first research and confirm that a part will be
compatible and suitable for their application prior to purchase. Shortages: Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your
receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility,
or offer any options after those three days have passed. Damage in transit: Please note that insurance is available for goods in transit and
must be purchased at time of ordering. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3)
days to report any items that have arrived damaged or broken in transit.
All products carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months unless specified otherwise. If you have any difficulties with a product
purchased, please apply for warranty online by following the link in Your Account. All warranty is strictly return-to-base, return postage
will be payable for goods to be sent back once repaired or replaced. If any goods are faulty contact us on (03) 5443 2113 and ask for a return
authority. We will then pass the goods onto our supplier who will repair / replace them. You are responsible for costs in getting the item to
us, we will (within Australia and up to the amount of $10) return the goods to you when they are repaired / replaced.
The Pepper Pot accepts payment by Cheque, Direct Deposit, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. All credit card orders are subject to
verification and approval. If goods are sent without payment, ownership of the goods does not pass to you until we have cleared funds.
Likewise if you make a payment and later it is withdrawn, the goods remain our property. If you owe us money for any reason and it is not
paid within 30 days, interest at 2% above the current standard bank interest rate per month (calculated daily) will apply.
Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors on
prices. Acceptance of orders: The Pepper Pot reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated
electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of an order. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the sale is made in
Victoria, Australia. All sales are not final until we ship the goods and therefore until we ship the goods, we reserve the right to alter our
prices. If we alter our prices upwards, you may cancel your order without penalty. If we have not changed the price and you wish to cancel
the order, you will be responsible for our reasonable costs up to the time of your cancellation. We will accept most items that we normally
hold in stock for a return. You will be issued with a credit for the price of the goods less postage costs (you are not refunded postage).
